We were able to bring Sarah and Isaac home from the hospital Sunday evening. Even with all the hectic events and atmosphere of anticipation we were very excited to all be home.
Isaac's last hours in the hospital.
Discharged and ready for home!
Steve and Sasha getting their first glance at their new nephew.
Kirsten, Weston and family made a visit Monday night. Gavin asked Kirsten on the way up, "Do John and Sarah now have 3 kids like us?" To which she replied, "Yes, they do now." Gavin then responded, "Then we'd better have more mom!"
In between visits on Sunday evening and Monday night Isaac made his first visit to the Emergency Room. Isaac's "circ" was bleeding (in my original post Sarah said I was too vague). Some blood, tears, and several hours later we were back home exhausted but assured that Isaac was okay. The new experiences a boy brings.

Kate helped get Isaac ready for his doctor's check up. She found the flap funny.
Isaac is well and we all had a better night's sleep. Here's to the hope that we'll have an even better one tonight.

Okay, you already know your kid is darn cute, but I have to say that I LOVE your carseat! I know, I'm a little off focus, but it had to be said!
He's adorable. Good job to all involved!
