Midway, UT
After seeing some recent photos of the Zermatt Ice Castles on a friend's Facebook page, Sarah suggested that we go check it out. With a busy week ahead of us, we decided to take the 45 minute drive to Midway and experience the winter wonder ourselves - and it did not disappoint! The "ice castles" are created by using sprinklers, at night, with no internal structure, so their appearance is ever changing. We even met the creator Brent Christensen. Despite Kate & Isaac's grumpy moods, from having been woken up, the family enjoyed this quick weekend adventure!
