Kate's birthday isn't until February 2nd, but along with some gifts from Grandma & Grandpa Kelly, she just received this refurbished car seat. She consistently mentioned wanting a new "pink" car seat as a birthday gift (because Audrey's is pink). Rather than buy one, Sarah replaced part of the car seat cover, even letting Kate pick out the material herself. It took several late nights and many sewing machine needles, but Sarah was able to finish this "labor of love" ahead of schedule, to Kate's delight.
